Restaurant-rich downtown Gilbert gets yet another notable destination today with the opening of Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row on the southeast corner of Gilbert and Vaughn.
It’s the third Arizona location for the country singer and Arizona native, who’s partnered with Scottsdale-based Riot Hospital Group.
At 8,700 square feet, it’s also the biggest of the three locations with an indoor stage, a large dance floor, and a patio with cornhole, ping-pong, and other games.
And its Southern-tinged comfort food menu is 30 percent larger than the other Whiskey Row locations. More than 50 beers are on tap.
Hours are 11 a.m.-midnight Monday-Tuesday, 11 a.m.-2 a.m. Wednesday-Friday, and 9 a.m.-2 a.m. Saturday-Sunday.
