Halloween celebrations took place across the Valley on Saturday, October 27, and featured plenty of nightlife fun and amazing costumes. As you’d expect, there were tons of parties in both Tempe and Scottsdale, including in Old Town and along Mill Avenue. Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale also put on its annual Wicked Ball and El Hefe in Tempe hosted the Monster’s Block event.
