The beef exclusively selected for Hand Cut will be premium “A” maturity and selected based on marbling for the best quality, taste, and texture. Along with other things like fresh sides and salads to satisfy everyone, there is always a perfect pairing for a meal with a full mixology bar, local draft beers, and a world-class wine list.
