With Fourth of July weekend just wrapping up, we are now reminiscing all the creative patriotic items we saw and what an awesome time the BBQ pool party was. In the midst of the hustle and bustle of the holiday weekend, it’s common to lose touch with the real reason behind Fourth of July- our country’s freedom. This holiday weekend, Riot Hospitality Group showed its thanks to those who have fought for this freedom by making a $20,000 donation to Folds of Honor, a foundation that provides educational support to spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled service members. The Scottsdale-based hospitality group made this donation at the Arizona Diamondbacks game on the field just before the game this past Saturday as part of the baseball team’s Fourth of July weekend celebration. Together with donations from other corporate companies such as Fry’s Marketplace and Hensley Beverage Co, they were able to raise over $100,000 for the foundation. RHG plans to continue their relationship with Folds of Honor as they are humbled to know the incredible impact it has on the heroes families. For more details, visit riothg.com. – Alexa Miller
